While this may sound overwhelming, the idea of new technologies and industrial processes changing the way we work is really nothing new. We have integrated new forms of technology into the workplace time and time again, tools that many of us use daily to do our jobs in the most efficient and effective way possible. Instead of fearing AI, we believe that an open and proactive mindset regarding artificial intelligence will serve us best going forward.

These concerns focus on the potential challenges and risks of AI in the workplace, and are important to discuss so that people and businesses can inform themselves and take these factors into account when forming opinions and making decisions.  

AI may replace human jobs, leading to unemployment and income inequality.
